At the conclusion of the DSTs’ tenure, investors can convert their interests in the DST to Units in Medalist REIT’s Operating Partnership (OP) through a 721 UPREIT exchange. This provides enhanced diversification within Medalist’s broader portfolio and liquidity through Medalist’s publicly traded shares (Nasdaq: MDRR).
